After an open plan kitchen extension I found myself with a room, previous play room/dinning room, with out purpose. During the build we removed the interconnecting doors in attempt to make this one space but the L shaped layout left me uninspired & stuck. I found Arthty’s ‘let’s talk’ package reasonably priced, especially if it stopped me furnishing the room badly. The booking process was a breeze, my appointment was scheduled the next week; time & date chosen to suit me. I received a questionnaire that was detailed, focused & relevant. I was able to upload photos of the room plus other parts of the house & a floor plan. This preparation was actually really useful for me to start thinking about what I was looking for as a whole. 

The meeting was so enjoyable, Arthty had obviously looked at my pictures in detail because she really absorbed my style & understood where I was trying to go with my ideas. She explained her vision professionally & eloquently, with regular checks to hear what I thought. She answered my questions & expanded on her ideas when necessary to help me understand the design using practical examples where necessary. She referred to other rooms & helped me bring her vision in line with the rest of the house. 

I love her design & have already started to work on the room. I feel confident after the meeting I can pull this off myself, but I also know Arthty is there & will support me to work through any problems with bringing the design to life or, if I really need it, to use our meeting as a basis for the next package.

Arthty has removed all the stress of planning, designing and sourcing a list of all my furniture and accessories that's needed to create a lovely cosy sitting room for me and my family. I have lived in my home for many years and still cannot create a home that I truly love. When I came across Arthty’s Instagram page I just knew her style and design was exactly what I was looking for. I really enjoyed the 1 hour consultation today whereby we went through each area of the room and discussed what would look nice. I felt confident after meeting Arthty that I will at last get the cosy sitting room I've dreamed of. I upgraded to the second package because Arthty could see my vision of what look I'm trying to achieve, warm and cosy. And secondly, I didn't want to continue to buy and waste more money on the wrong furniture and accessories.
